Hello, I belive I was finally able to figure out what the problem was. When trying to make a labelled equation, I would bring up a math box (C-m in CUA mode, English version), intentionally move it to the next line and then go to the paragraph layout window and center it manually. Approximately

Hi Pascal. It looks like you were able to access the ¤ symbol directly on your keyboard, so have a look at the attached file I wrote for some friends of mine. Though you will need the eurosym package to print it, it is not mandatory and let you choose whatever package you prefer. You may be
