Ok, I think I got it (after a while *gg*) I could also figure out why the images seemed to be cropped properly an newer images were not: The first images were created with gnumeric which adopts the canvas size -- and the newer images have a canvas of A4, therefore the large area to

Hi! I've installed LyX with the windows installer without problem and the beamer presentation class appears in the menu. It seems however that beamer.layout cannot be found. It can be found in the texmf directories. How can I tell LyX where to find it? Where is the .lyx/layouts directory on
