I'm creating a document using a .cls that someone else wrote and I'd like it to end up as a pdf. 1) If I use dvipdfm, then subfigures are displayed with a slice trimmed off the left side. 2) If I use ps2pdf then all the pages start with the text right up against the top of the page and the
