downloaded the style file from my university website, but for some reason I
cannot make it work. In theory, it should be simply a new style for the
report class. Here is my layout file:

There is one paragraph for each member.
Each paragraph is 2 or 3 lines long, on rare occasions 4 lines.
Naturally the member with 4 line entry landed at the bottom of a column
and got split.
This is undesirable.
