Do you use biblatex or standard bibtex for your references? If the former, simply omit the /printbibliography command at the end of the document. If the latter, put the Lyx-inserted bibliography inset at the end of the document into a Lyx-note inset (to keep access to refs through the citation

I'm testing an experimental texlive-2009 package for fedora f11. I had previously tetex. texlive is installed into /usr/share/texlive. I ran lyx reconfig. I'm wondering if it correctly found all the packages, and how does it know where to look.
