Do you use biblatex or standard bibtex for your references?
If the former, simply omit the /printbibliography command at the end of the
document.
If the latter, put the Lyx-inserted bibliography inset at the end of the
document into a Lyx-note inset (to keep access to refs through the citation

Hello
Is there a way to hide the bibliography? I am currently working on a
the summary to my thesis, and I would like to cite some works but at
the same time avoid a bibliography section in the document (which
would be useless since all the references are in the thesis, and both
documents will be a

Dear Lyxers,
Something is going wrong with Biblatex which I've just discovered.
I think Lyx is well configured, it recognizes the bib files and makes a
final pdf file. But the pdf file shows the "Bibliography" title, without
any references.
In the preamble, I've put the entire .bib path, and

Hello!
I use LyX 1.6.4.1 for Mac OSX (10.5.8). I am rather new to LyX, and I am
not a fluent LaTeX speaker in general, and for this reason, I am not
that sure what information is of relevance to you, to be able to answer
my question. Anyway:

Dear list members and developers,
I have completely removed Lyx 1.6.4.1 from my laptop this afternoon.
Then I installed the older version Lyx 1.6.3.
A reminder: my operating system is Windows XP with Service Pack 3.
I have been using MiKTeX 2.8 with WinEdt for about two months.

Dear all
Is this normal behaviour for acroread 9.1.3 (on Debian): after I
change the .lyx file and after I hit the "view .pdf" icon, the focus
switches to the acroread window but the document is not reloaded? Is
there some switch in acroread to make it refresh files when updated?
Thank you
Liviu
Problem solved!
It was the old kpsepath bug with trailing slashes. My $HOME was /home/user/
instead of /home/user
Now lyx works like a charm, thank you for your support!
