Hi,   yesterday I updated Lyx to version 2.4. The error is still there.   By the way: there is a readme in the installation files. And it specifically recommends MikTex for Windows! So the error can't be in MikTex, can it?   I would have liked to show you this Readme file, but www.lyx.org is
