agency? I am particularly interested to know if it is used in the USEPA.
I doubt it very much. The federal government -- and almost all lower
levels, too -- are still stuck with Word. Can't even get them to use OO.o

get Subsection titles into the TOC. I did not find a way to do that. Can

For the record, I left the User Preferences intact (unchecked that option
in the uninstaller), and the installation of 1.5.2 by the small
LyXWinInstaller went wonderfully.
