Hello, I have compiled and installed lyx-1.4.1. using xforms option on redhat9.0. Now the problem is symbols are not properly displayed in the lyx file while they appear properly in .ps or .pdf file. What do I need to do to overcome this problem ? Any help will be greatlty appreciated.

Hi, I have used section 5.2 in Help- Customization to fix a .sty file to be used in conjunction with article. I have done whatever is said in the manual still layout-document-.layout shows unavailiable article(myclass) What more one has to do to get .sty file to work. Thanks Subir

Re: spacing

Hi, While writing a documents in lyx I am facing a strange problem of space between the text and the mathematical equations. At some places the space is more than normal. I have removed all the spaces after and before the math dsiplay. The space use to be the source of abnormal space
