Lyx function allowing selection of layouts from minibuffer?

Dear All, I lost all my bindings while trying to figure out why my local toolbars parameters are not followed and now I can't remember which function allows you to select an environment (layout) from the minibuffer. I had it bound to M-p, so that the selection of the standard env would be M-p s,
