I need to create a ToC for a book dealing with the writing of Salman
Rushdie. The chapter titles contain book names. How do I make a word
italicised in the ToC?
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Writing in a Postcolonial / Postmodern
Space: Rushdie’s Narrative Landscape}
