Yes I know, APA Style does not have a Table of Contents. However I ran into a request for setting up one in a word processor (AOO Writer) a day or so ago and it occurred to me that it might be possible in LyX. If you have a look at the attached LyX file, so far I seem to have managed to get a ToC
