Hi, Jürgen implemented the modules csquotes, todo, fixme. 'todo' and 'fixme' can be selected from the available modules list (and can be used in Lyx to their full extend) but 'csquotes' is not in the list of available modules. However, TL2016 shows it as installed: csquotes 39538 (5.1g)

Hola Miguel, I have TL2016 installed in /usr/local/texlive/2016/bin/x96_64-linux and I could open TL GUI as user with 'tlmgr gui' but had no right to update or edit it in any other way. One should think that sudo would help, but it did not. It was only than that I extended the permissions of
