Update: LyX 2.3.2-2 for Windows

A bug in the previous release of LyX 2.3.2 for Windows prevented the insertion of citations when using the Bibliography environment (rather than bib(la)tex). An updated installer is available here:     http://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/2.3.2/ It is not necessary to install this update unless you
