I am using the document class article (AMS) together with the modules Theorems
(AMS) and Theorems (By Section). Looks like Example x.y, where x is the Section.
But what I really need would be something like Theorems (By Section and
Subsection) - does that exist?I.e. the numbering of

(wherever that is on Mac)
That would be ~/Library/Application Support/LyX-1.6/layouts/
