Once again, I'd recommend you do experimentation on a trivial (and quick to
compile) experimental LyX file.
I just had to set page style to fancy, and redefine everything.

sugestion (havent tryed but think it works). In the preamble you should
be able to set the size with the \small \smaller \large \larger \huge
