update to 1.3.1 problem aclocal-1.6

I have 1.3.0 installed and so I downloaded the patch to upgrade it first off it does the following [EMAIL PROTECTED] lyx-1.3.0]# make distclean cd . /bin/sh ./config.status Makefile config.status: creating Makefile Making distclean in lib make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/bin/lyx-1.3.0/lib'
