For one font (Garamond) I have now files with suffixes
afm, pfm and pfb, which seem to be metrics and outlines:
Garamdn.afm, Garamdni.afm, Garamdnc.afm

Ok, it works when I use T1 encoding, however, then I get bitmapped
computer modern fonts (not a problem if i use pslatex but sometimes I'd
rather be proud latex user and show the world what I'm using).
You get outlined Computer Modern fonts with: \usepackage{ae}

pdfTeX error (ext4): link annotations can't be nested.
The option linktocpage is doing nothing else than putting
'linktocpage'
