May 14th, increase on regular postage is 2 cents, international , I think, is 4
cents ... depends on the country of distination and the weight of the enve. so
postcards will be 26 cents letters 41 cents first ounce. you can get into
from usps.com

Forever stamp which would be good for mailartists as the rate is
