Officially OOo 3.0 and OOo 3.1 on OSX do not have language packs, you must
install the correct full built language

Thanks for the information. I will write this section in the guide and
come back with the instructions to the list soon.
What we maybe need is a good page for all the language packs at
installation. Currently we have wiki pages, ftp sites etc.

Installing something (Font, Extension, template...) for all users
will be lost after an update, just installing something only for actual
user will be kept.
