I somehow am unable to change the qualities of the voiceover. Everything is
read out really slow.
VO-Cmd used with arrows doesn't work. although the percentages are changed, the
voice still sounds the same. I tried to reinstall the voices, but I still keep
having the same issues.
Can you change it via the voice over utility? vo f8? if not I don't know as
something might have gotten corrupted. Not sure though.
