specify the variant within the portfile that I want to use? WOuld something

When trying to install mlterm with variant antialias I have the
following error message:

Possible. Did not know that command. I had been gone for some time.
What I did to get around it was I did:
Export EDITOR=vi
Sudo port edit xmlto
I then changed all the checksums to the destination checksum and it seem to
work, but not sure if that is safe to do?

I couldn't install gnome on my PowerBook (see my earlier posts). I
looked a bit closer at the error report and found that the problem
seems to be related to seahorse (whatever that is). So I tried to
install seahorse, which gave the below errors. Can anyone help?

installation + X11 SDK).
I'd say that at least the Quicktime SDK is missing on your system.
