I encounter an error while it is installing py27-pyobjc with macport.My
Xcode version is 5.1.1;the clang version is apple LLVM 5.1;Why?And how could I

I did a Selfupdate a day ago.
When running upgrade outdated, MyPaint failed to build. (I've added
my log to the existing bug)
Now I have a partially updated list with many more packages to go but
running upgrade outdated craps out at MyPaint.

Rather than uninstall, you should deactivate MyPaint.
After upgrades are done, you can then activate MyPaint again.

The key is to realize that 'outdated' expands into a list of outdated ports.
So you can do something like

sudo port upgrade outdated and not MyPaint
