MacVim fails to fetch

I'm trying to install MacVim with the huge and breakindent variants. Macports fails to fetch the distfiles for the MacVim breakindent patch (vim-7.4.16-fc19-breakindent.patch). Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? Thanks! Ryan ___
