Yes. port:mysql5 should be changed to path:bin/mysql_config5:mysql5.

Is git supported for keeping track of the macports/trunk ? I other
words, can I use git in order to get port's source code?
Macports in in a SVN repository, but there is a git mirror
which gets refreshed regularly, I think.

A lot of TeX related errors, do you have texlive or teTeX?
I have texlive in version @2007_4. This is also a declared dep

I submitted a Portfile for a new port a couple of weeks ago, but
nothing happend.

'svn update' and I can see the euid and egid being
set in macports.tcl. But svn/ssh apparently does
something else here then rely on these. Has anybody
