Hi folks,
I recently installed cmus and I found that my aiff files don't show up in
my library. I read through the documentation and realised that I need
ffmpeg installed too.
I have tried using the command:
sudo port install cmus +ffmpeg
which does not install the ffmpeg for me. I have
uninstall cmus, then reinstall with
sudo port install cmus +aac
if you want more variants, just append more '+xyz'

Any ideas what's happening please?
Best wishes,
Jeff

HI folks,
Not sure if this is the correct way to go about asking for this and, if
not, then I do apologise in advance but would there be any chance of seeing
Conky on MacPorts?

Let me know if you think this is possible.
Best wishes,

Hi folks,
Having a bit of a problem with Weechat. I installed it today and I can't
get it to launch. I open up the Terminal and type in weechat (I'm assuming
this is correct as I normally just type the name of the program I wish to
launch with any other MacPorts installed program) and it
/pkgconfig/weechat.pc
/opt/local/lib/weechat/plugins/alias.so
/opt/local/lib/weechat/plugins/charset.so
snip
so try weechat-curses

Unfortunately I don't think writing a port for Conky will achieve what
you expect it to.
First, Conky is a free, light-weight system monitor for X, where X
is the X window system. While Macs can run an X server using

I didn't realise that Conky wouldn't be compatible with OS X. I will,
however, have a look at GeekTool.
Thanks again for being helpful.

Thanks, Juhasz. I installed iTerm2 and it works perfectly with the mouse.
Any ideas on how to compile with graphics support?
Jeff.

Hi folks,
I'd be grateful if someone could help me with this problem.
I tried to install the Links browser, with the intention of using it with

Thanks for the reply, Brandon. I'll see if I can get it working through

Best wishes to all.
