Did you just upgrade to Mavericks? If so, did you follow the Migration

Hi Eneko
I just upgraded macports yesterday and ran into the smae problem. To fix
it, just do:
sudo port deactivate py27-py
Then upgrade as usual and this should complete with no problems.
Afterwards, you can check with:
port installed py27-py

Hi
I installed xorg-server @1.12.0_0 and now X11 doesn't launch automatically.
So, I'm unable to use programs that require X11 like Matlab, Gimp,
Inkscape, etc.
Even uncommenting the path to macports in my .bash_profile fails to launch
the system's X11 server.
How can I resolve this?

Hi Ryan
Thanks. I did:
sudo port clean gmp
sudo port -n upgrade --force gmp
as you suggested. cln built succesfsfully but the upgrade failed with the

install Java for Mac OS X especially since my system's up to date?:

Hi
Could you guys please add Netgen to macports. It's quite difficult to
compile correctly from source on the mac.
