php5 on OSX10.5.5

What's broken with php5 and 10.5.5 ... ? I've just set up php5, mysql5 and apache2 on a brand new iMac with 10.5.5, and I'm getting a lot of errors in the Apache log The process has forked and you cannot use this CoreFoundation functionality safely. You MUST exec(). Break on
