Hi Donna, The monitor I use is an Omron series 10, upper arm BP 786. The iPhone app is called Omron Wellness and it is VO friendly, not 100 percent perfect but very usable. It connects via bluetooth and can be used by two people. You may need sighted assistance for the initial user set up.

Mike: Some years ago, I was in Lebanon and bought a device called GoodTalk in which I inserted the Lebanese sim-card and kept the Swedish in the iPhone, it has an app which I downloaded then and I used it a while, it doesn't do data just to inform, hope that puts you in the right direction.

yeah two choices, the fitbit range of devices have the sensors to pick up what your doing with your exercise and relay it to you through your iphone and the fitbit app. You'd have to check on which ones do what these days as I've lost track. There used to be a Charge HR which did most of what

Hello Kat, TextEdit is hopeless with tables, but Pages should be fine. If focus is jumping around, make sure that your mouse pointer is set to ignore the other cursors. We go into quite a lot of detail about tables in our book on Pages so that would be a good place to look for more information.
