Theoretically yes you should be able to do it.
You would have to have the vm start offf the ISO image of the windows
installation media and then enterrr into the recovery mode of windows.
I haven’t doen this myself but it should be able to be done.

Why not just hotspot your mobile to your computer and use mobile data
No software needed and you. Wont have any other charges unless you have no
mobile data available

I’m having to consider using mobile broadband dongle on my mac when working
outside home. How does it work for you who’ve done this? Are there any issue
with possible software one has to use for this and Voiceover?

Going to a specific page in Pages is complicated. In the table of contents, you
can navigate to the page number, bring the mouse and do VO-Shift-Space and
you’ll be a page or two before the one you want! To be quite honest, Pages is
