I would add, consider the sources. as noted below, those sending false e-mails, bugs, etc., are getting more and more sophisticated. Especially as your e-mail address becomes a part of public records. If you have a spam filtering program, use it on the e-mail if possible before removing it.

I had no problem with selecting items in a column using the shift and down arrow key. I verified with just using vo-F6 which said I had 5 cells selected. Also, you should be able to click the cell at the very top of the table to select the entire column.. Best wishes,
