its google, I suggest you email someone, even including their
accessibility contact. especially if they have financial information to
charge you.

>From your mac desk top hit “command shift i” to open ICloud.
Make a folder if you want and just copy the music or podcasts in to it.
Now you have it on all your synced devices.

You could give the accessibility team a hint on that tts.
I think one has to build some kind of bridge between the tts and VoiceOver.
