Donna, Perhaps BrailleBlaster (braille blaster.org) will work with your embosser. I keep meaning to see what features it has but haven’t tried it yet. If somebody on MacVisionaries raves about it, then I will certainly investigate if it would help my office at least with reviewing braille

Donna, There is but don't know how log. Can't tell you how much better the Mac version is because I have an old old Windows version. I do not use it a lot but find the Mac version accessible. You cab find the trial at the link below.
