You don't sync audible books from computer to iOS. You download to the phone seperetly In the audible app make sure clowd is selected and then go to settings. Tap refresh entire library and then the book should show up in the list. Double tap on the book and you will find a download all

Hi, It's not something you should have to know or be required to fiddle with just to listen to a book, but unlike most things in ITunes, this should actually be easy. Simply highlight all of your audiobook files in ITunes. Press Command I. Agree that yes you do want to edit multiple items.
