Don't think you can do that. My Mac has 16gigs and in Fusion its set
to 97% which is 12gigs. Not sure whose math that comes from.

Yeah et,
I’ve given up trying to figure it out.
Both my fusion and vm workstation player have similar issues with there values,
Not worth trying to correct it as it does’t work.

If i have a virtual machine with say Linux or WIndows and if i make the amount
of ram bigger than my ram memory on the mac, will the virtual machine not work
then or does it create the memory in a file on the disk?
