The documentation is technically VoiceOver accessible but not conveniently so.
I gave up on the official documentation and, instead, performed several Google
searches and watched quite a few of YouTube videos and read quite a lot of tech
reviews and comparison of both products.

You ask an interesting question.
The sound quality between the two models is equally excellent but quite
different. Remember, the Open Run Pro is transmitting sound through bone, not
ear drums while the Open Fit is transmitting sound through eardrums not bone.
