Hi again, Andrew,I have another suggestion for you. I believe Mystic access may have done a tutorial while a while back on using the Apple TV. I think they also covered it using the remote. Andrew, while I use the remote on occasion, when I have to use it, I find the best way to use Apple TV is with a Bluetooth keyboard. I really think that’s your best bet. If you have a Bluetooth keyboard around, you might try and parrot and see if you can use it that way. I have an Apple TV fourth gen.  Just where are you having trouble?

What ever you do, don't throw it out the window.  It does work.  First, you can 
turn on voice Over by pressing the back button three times quickly.  The back 
button is the concaved button just to the left and below the down arrow button. 
 Be aware that the navigational area can both be tapped and pressed physically. 
 Mostly, you'll be physically pressing rather than tapping it however.  
For further, you might check Apple Vis or else the Apple web site where you 
should be able to find what you need.  There's just too much for me to cover in 
one message.
