install file if needed.

Ah, the information I was looking for. I'll throw out what I was
considering if it helps.

promoter? They used to be

We automatically generate .install files for Extras up until Chinook[1]
and for Extras-Devel[2]. We currently don't generate those .install file
for Diablo Extras because of the way the promotion interface works.
Normally .install files are generated when a package gets processed
