That fixed it.
In testing, most of it looks good, but I've found:
1. in the wfs-t example, whenever I click on the "edit point" button I
get an alert "Document parseError: {0}" but then it seems to work
normally after that.
2. we'll need to find a WMS replacement for the atlas.gc.ca se
