people that created that files said it is based on epsg 25832.
So I will probably use the values from that one.

This looks very close to EPSG:32632 (with a different datum name), see:
http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/32632/
For cscs we need the Proj4 command line options like:
+proj=utm +zone=32 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs
