The only strange thing in your config is that you seem not to have
buttons for the first button bar.

Just tried with changing the config for the stock wfs-t demo of
1.5-alpha2, and it works.

For the buttons that shuld be in the second button bar, set the
property to a different value (eg. "secondButtonBar").
