Thank you for your answear Gordon. I have also found this ticket : http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/1779 We have increased parameters DBMaxTransactions and  DBMaxLockers to 8000 in serverconfig.ini and it seems to work.In ticket #1779 it is also mentioned the disadvantage of this fixing :

Several time I try to load an mgp file by use of administrator I get: /An exception occurred in DB XML component. Error: DB_BUFFER_SMALL: User memory too small for return value/ It happens to me on Windows Server2008 64bit and Windows 7 32it. I'm using Mapguide 2.4. Any suggestion?... --
