I tried to reduce window size and WMS layers become visible, this is indeed
related to wms layer default values like you have described.

Try making the browser half screen size and see if that works? Then keep
increasing in size until you get a null image/error return. There are default

I'm experiencing strange issue using Mapguide map application in 4K monitor.
Problem: when I open map in 4K monitor then WMS layers are not become
visible.
For FHD monitor or viewing it in laptop screen those WMS layers are visible.
