we are using 64Bit Mapguide 2.6 on Windows 7 and Windows 2008R2. Both
installations use the same data coming from MS SQL Server. There are 2 Base
layers consisting from ca 500 000 tiles in all scales.
We tried to use mgcooker to precache the tiles. However at small scales with

Pre-caching tiles with mgcooker generally takes a long time, and from the way
you describe your maps, generating tiles for all of your scales is going to
take a crazy amount of time.
In my application I only tile scales 1:500 or higher. Every time I've tried to
tile more than that mgcooker

I am not trying to make tiles for scales higher than 1:500. Our last scale is
1:1000.
And as I have written it crashes also at if the tile is not precached and is
displayed only using browser as I zoom to the location.
Not all tiles by that mapguide crashes are from the highest scale. We
