You don't have to replace the OGRProvider.dll, just the gdal111.dll it
depends on with your own compiled copy or a compatible copy from
gisinternals and also bring in any other dlls this gdal111.dll depends on.

Sorry Jackie i am not sure to understand you
I download some msvc 2012 packages on gisinternals
but i don't get OGRProvider.dll but i have a gdal111.dll but if i inspect with
depends.exe, i see that it don't have dependency with Fdo,
I tell me it's normal it's not a gdal with fdo technology.
Thanks Jackie,
So if i compile my ogr version maybe I can read spatialite in Map ?
Haris compiled a KingSpatialite for fdo 3.5
http://www.sl-king.com/fdospatialite/download/download.html
someone compiled this in FDO 3.9 ?
thanks for your help
Rémy
Spatialite support is not compiled in by default
http://www.gdal.org/ogr_formats.html
Look at the Compiled by default column

Could you not use a custom MSVC 2012 built GDAL distribution from
gisinternals?

Hi,
Someone tried Ogr FDO 3.9 rc2 with Autocad Map 3D 2015 to read Spatialite ?
I have success with .Tab so I tell me that the ogr provider is right in autocad
map
but when I try to connect to a Spatialite file (this file is correctly read by
qgis), I have this alert message :
