I think It's a very mysterious and deep issue.
On the same tabletpc,
MapGuide 2.5.2 and 2.6.1, the ACE.dll crash the iis appool at login, and you
can use mapguide (no maestro, no admin, no viewer...)
MapGuide 3.0 and 3.1, the ACE.dll run without problem
I sometimes see this error if the repository is corrupt or if I moved the
repository from one server to another and the path where MapGuide was
installed is not 100% identical.

If that dll doesn't exist on that path (ACE.dll should be in the paths you
mentioned), you must have a corrupted/incomplete installation and should
either repair or uninstall/reinstall it.
