request, which it does support? DescribeLayer and GetLegendGraphic are

result. 24bit raster input is only supported with GDAL enabled. But
you should be able to render vector data to png24 without GDAL.
I would add that raster input capabilities are very limited without
GDAL enabled.

Hi All,
I want to make a getMap-Request on my own WFS but get the following error:
ServiceExceptionmsDrawMap(): Image handling error. Failed to draw layer
named 'RosoftWFS'. msOGRFileOpen(): OGR error. Open
Just found out after many hours that this is caused by having OWS_EXTENT
METADATA. If I comment out the OWS_EXTENT metadata, I get the coverage in
colour.

Hi list,
using Mapscript 4.8.3 we have encountered a problem with the uniqueness of
the filenames of scalebar images saved to the ms_tmp directory (filenames
are being reused, resulting in problems with the browser cache). We are
running PHP 4.3.11 as an Apache module.
What is the status of this
a testcase for this kind of behaviour. If someone is
able to make a patch, I would be happy to test it in our environment
ofcourse.

the MS4W package should state against which Oracle version the binaries
were compiled, there is no way to find this out otherwise AFAIK.
FeatureInfo is supported on the native Oracle Spatial driver since
Mapserver 4.6 IIRC.
To use Oracle with MS4W you need to replace some of the dll's
, and googled the internet, but I couldn't find
any help on this exact topic.
I would definitely appreciate if somebody could provide any kind of
help; would it be just pointers on what I have to do/fix.

settle for 1.1.1. At the time (~2 months ago?), I couldn't
actually find *any* servers that were supporting it. My guess is the
client just found out what the latest version # was and said that's
