We're looking for a small group of volunteers to handle the writing of
the release notes for GNOME 2.16. There's no need to be a technical
person for this. Really.
Murray, and then Davyd have been leading this effort for past releases
and might have some very wise advises to

We have got by now 5 proposals for evaluation: Drupal, Midgard, eZ
Publish, Plone and Tiki Wiki.
I you have been playing and/or have opinions about any of these CMSs
please add them to their wiki pages.

What about writing Release Notes consisting of a first summary page and
links to secondary pages... being that summary page the Press release?
