We need to decided on the component position of the Secondary Navigation Bar.
My preference for the Secondary Navigation Bar would be to have it located on
the right hand side of the page similar to the page http://art.gnome.org/ . I
think that works very well, and the GNOME icons in the panel
and download the layoutPlanHome0.5.svg.

The Secondary Navigation bar serves the purpose of page links within a
page section. For example the current www.gnome.org has an about link
towards the top which is the Primary Navigation Bar component. When we
click
