First entering the RPMS dir, then:
rpm -qpil * /tmp/rpmlisting
the /tmp/rpmlisting now contains a full listing of all the files in all
the rpms.

So, you are looking for a IPFWADM ruleset that will allow
ICMP traffic OUT but not IN? If you configure this,
I have however, noticed that the masquerading seems to take a while to start
working when I first set it up. I initialise the ipfwadm settings then dial
up my ppp connection. Then when I try and access the net from a machine
behind the firewall the first couple of times I try and load a web page
