Hmmm.. I too have had this "no ports free" error but it was for UDP from
GameSpy and Quake2.  I'm not using the Loose UDP patch either though
I've been told it will fix it.  My solution was to drop down the
UDP timeouts and not do many refreshes in GameSpy.
